We thank you for your understanding of the following points. As a voluntary committee these points help us to continue to run the club fairly and efficiently as well as maintain compliance with Swimming NSW.

As part of the terms and conditions of the swimmers contracts:
1. There must be 1 parent/guardian per family for swimmers who are under the age of 17. As of March 2020 (start of club championships) families who have not complied – their child/ren will not be eligible to participate at Club Championships.

2. When swimmers participate in Friday night racing
- Parent or guardians of all swimmers under the age of 17 must be present at the pool before the swimmer is allowed to enter the water for the event.
- Parents or guardians are required to timekeep a minimum of 50% of their child’s entry nights. Records are being kept each week. As of March 2020 families who are yet to timekeep or volunteer for other jobs may put their child/ren endanger of not being marshaled for their entered events.

For Friday night racing entries:
3. It is the responsibility of families to enter their child/ren through swim central on time, if the cut off date is missed please email Friday races email with the child’s name, DOB, 3xevents wanting to swim and their PB times for seeding by NLT 8:00am on Thursday – there is no guarantees they will be entered, families will receive a reply via email letting them know if the recorder was able to enter the swimmers or not. There will be no late entries accepted on a Friday night. Any changes must be requested before 6:10pm on the night.
